★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I experienced an AMAZING deep tissue massage by Mariah. It was some much needed relief. Not only did she perfectly target my most targeted areas of discomfort, she also gave me tips to stretch out those problem areas in my daily life. I have been to many RMT's and I've got to say she was the best! (felt so much like jello and in a euphoric state that I forgot to leave a tip ?... I'll have to tip extra on my next visit!)

All businesses should have someone like her greeting customers. She makes you feel welcome. Amazing services, I will be back for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got a Brazilian done here and I am left with wax everywhere! I come home to clean up and I am just covered in wax. Not only that she did not completely do the Brazilian I’m still left with hair down there that I wanted gone, and I told her I did not want it there and yet there it is still here. I paid a good chunk of money to have this done and I feel like she didn’t even care??? She was very nice but this isn’t okay I sorry have to do half of the work not have to be sent home with wax every where.

She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The Urban Spa has a lovely and calm atmosphere. There is always a friendly face at the front desk to greet guests upon arrival.

Everyone is super welcoming and the atmosphere is definitely calming:) Jessica - who did my sugaring, was super friendly and explained the process thoroughly. I was comfortable and the results are great…So great that I have already pre-booked to go back! Would recommend to anyone thinking about getting sugared. Thanks Urban Spa❤️
