★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best hot yoga studio in Peterborough! I would highly recommend it. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and relaxing. As a side note, the studio is locally owned (not franchised) which I believe contributes to a more authentic experience. The instructors are passionate and very skilled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There aren't many places you can call home, but Hot Yoga Peterborough is just that to so many unique people within the Peterborough community. This family welcomes everyone in with open arms and a big smile on their faces, the instructors know you by name, the students want to hear your story and what brought you to yoga. I started my hot yoga journey over 3 years ago and I've never looked back since, it's my happy place and I'm thankful to have found my second home.

I took my yoga teacher training here and graduated December 2015. Great foundations were set on the path to becoming a yoga teacher. Keep up the amazing energy and work Laura and team!

First of all, I am so grateful to the owner, Laura for leading such a wonderful teacher training that allowed me to reach so many personal goals. Laura is fabulous and the program allowed me to grow so much professionally and personally. I love taking the time to develop my own practice at the studio as well. The studio is warm, loving and the classes are run so well with great sequencing. I wish I lived closer to go all the time!

You get to watch the seaons change as you practice which connects all of us more to nature and our natural rhythms. Everyone must go here!
