★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salti yoga is so great. The owners and staff are are friendly knowledgeable and so nice. The space is comfortable casual, and clean. Shower/ change room are super. I never thought I would’ve a yoga guy but I wish I had started 20 years ago. It’s the best thing I have done for myself and Salti yoga make it such a great experience.
I’ve now been at Salti for a few months and am already planning to renew my membership when it is up. The more often I’m there the more I want to go. Almost every class there is something new or something a little over my head, giving me more to strive for. I love the innovation at Salti Yoga.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go to school in Peterborough and wanted to find a yoga studio that I could go to a few times a week and after doing a class at Salti I can say that I've found the one!! There are a great range of classes from a beginner to seasoned yogi. The space itself is amazing with a heated room and showers. My favourite thing about this place is the staff! They are all so amazing and friendly and I feel excited to come to their classes. I would recommend this place to everyone!!!

Classes for all levels and bodies - aerial yoga is so cool and definitely recommend everyone to try!!

This feels like an excellent space to practice yoga and connect with the practice in a time when relaxation and self-care is important.

The instructors are incredibly kind & knowledgeable. The atmosphere is as warm & welcoming as the staff. Salti Yoga Studio is truly one of my most favourite places to be!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place! Salti Yoga is definitely the best quality yoga studio in PTBO. It has a variety of different class types including hot yoga and non-heated yoga. There are beginner classes and more advanced classes. It's really beautiful with lots of natural light, big change rooms with showers, a cute little lounge with lots of books and complimentary tea. The teachers are amazing. Each teacher has a slightly different style and you will learn something new from each of them. The customer service is always on point and the place is super clean. The prices are on par with other studios in town and you get so much more from your overall experience. There's also a cute little storefront stocked with Canadian-made apparel. There are high quality yoga mats, leggings, tank tops, sports bras, water bottles and more for sale. It's a classy spot! Go try a class if you haven't already.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have loved my experience thus far with Salti Yoga! I was given the 2 week trial as a gift and, to be honest, was rather nervous for my first class. However, both the instructors and the front of house folks have all been incredible and put me at such ease! This beginner yogi is in LOVE with Salti Yoga PTBO!
