J	John Crossley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gone way down hill under the new ownership. Recently I was first in line on a Saturday morning, was to open at 10am....at 10:10 the doors opened. My car was not ready until 10:45 Then I looked at my rear window and it had not been cleaned. The young girl grabbed a towel and went to clean it. Not using any cleaner it was a major smear job. I got my windex from the truck and cleaned it myself. Never going back here. And the price!!!!

Quality is just the same there now as it was with the previous owners. $45 for interior cleaning, hatch cleaning, and exterior wash. You can't beat that price. Sure the guys missed cleaning out my cup holders, but I paid $45 for a full cleaning. If you want perfection like some of the other reviews seem to be looking for go pay $100 + at a detail shop. We have been going to Villa for years everytime we come to town to visit family and I will continue to go here.
T	Thomas Stephen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay, so I bring my vehicle through their wash for interior/exterior wash. I had been here in the past and was confident that it would be a good experience. Not at all. In fact, it wasn’t even close. Literally looks like they didn’t even try to clean the interior. 25% of the OBVIOUS surfaces weren’t cleaned or even touched with a clothe. NO, I wasn’t expecting it to be detailed. The exterior was also very disappointing. I said something and they wouldn’t credit me more than 50%. I left and cleaned my truck my self and was out almost $50. This isn’t the end……. They proceeded to call me FOUR TIMES to ask me if they placed someone else’s floor mats in my car. I will NEVER be back.
R	Reg Deck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor effort this morning. Only 1 other vehicle when I arrived, yet it took close to 45 minutes to get through (exterior wash only). No hot water? No towel dry? Pressure coming out of the wand was ridiculously low, not even enough to get the snow/ice out of the wheel wells. Hardly worth the time or the $20. Second consecutive visit with little effort or interest shown by everyone working (6 people). Too bad. Great opportunity with only full-service car wash in town.

Yes there are fewer staff than before, the facility could use a cleaning, but they did a great job on my vehicle. All interior surfaces were cleaned, the windows were perfectly clean inside and out. They were not happy with the wash and before I even saw it they asked if I minded if they ran it through again. No complaints about the work they did at all, good job!!
