★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In store, the gentleman was very efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. It's just the delivery driver a certain **** Taylor I believe he was just doing his job and did not know it was hell waiting up after night shifts for an unpredictable delivery time, I missed the first day because I passed out after they told me 10am-2pm and he arrived at 5. The next day I stayed up again by the time he arrived my brain wasn't working from lack of sleep lol and he was very snappy and rude. Left in a huff like as if to show his indignation. Buddy I understand you're just doing your job but don't be so quick to judge when you do not know the situation of others. Put on a smile this covid stuff is already so negative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store manager/owner doesn't wear a mask, claiming he is exempt. While I disagree with the choice to not wear a mask even during a brief customer interaction, I wouldn't say anything. However, he came from the back and was clearly just eating something as there was literally food falling out of his mouth while he was talking to me. He touched his face after I pointed that out and continued to assist me without washing his hands in any way. Then he handled my packages which I was there to pick up. Thanks, dude! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would be nice if the store is opened the hours that are listed on the door, website and Facebook page. It states you are open until 6:30 pm, went today and you were already closed by 5:40 pm.. possibly earlier than that.

He helped me ensure my package was well wrapped, and secured nicely (electronics), while also helping me get the best shipping price possible for such a large item. I will definitely be using this location any time I need to ship anything.
