★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have experienced the worst service ever. Gary Ruecker gave me a quote but when I received my pink card and invoice, the price was way higher. I had to cancel my policy but they still charge me $487 cancelation fee.

Also Janet helped me as well did a great job getting back to me through email and phone never had to chase her down she was always on the back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was searching for insurance for almost a week when I was almost giving up and on my widths end an insurance broker referred me to western finical group. I got the pleasure to speak with Jessica I told her my issues and she listened w care by going above and beyond & making sure she found what I had initially called & asked for. She contacted me back @ the end of the day where she transferred me to her coworker TJ who finalize the insurance papers & was even awesome times 2. Just phenomenal women they made my long weekend and I’ll for ever be grateful with all these changes that Alberta has implemented they sure still made me get what I wanted and I’m a happy customer......!!???????☺️☺️???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wanted to say that TJ was very helpful and knowledgible in answering my questions and putting together a quote for my Tenants Insurance policy. She took care of everything and found me exactly what I wanted at a great price (less than what I expected to pay)! She made the whole process fun and interesting - something you don't usually find in the insurance industry. It was a very enjoyable experience because of her.
Any time I have called in, all the staff have all be very helpful and friendly. It is so good to deal with a company that places such a high value on customer satisfaction and I plan on dealing with them for a long time.

If we get a quote that we have questions about they are always willing to explain that quote in detail and answer all our questions in a timely fashion. We have no intensions of changing our insurance we are happy with our service and coverage. Thanks for all your hard work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed with the service from this company. I moved in June and my tenants policy more than doubled. I called several weeks ago asking for a quote for my automobile and tenants with my current insurer, Wawanesa, and other companies that they use. I have not heard back. I have been requesting since last year that my file be moved from the Strathmore office to the Leduc office due to abysmal service at the Strathmore office. I have only communicated with the Leduc office since that time, Today I received the renewal information for my tenants insurance from Strathmore. I have heard nothing from Leduc. When it comes to there service, I would not even give them one star, but there is no option with this system.
