Package took 3 days to come halfway around the world and clear customs but has been sitting at their warehouse for 8 days with the update telling me they're going to deliver it everyday by 5pm, sad way to do business. I wish the vendor would have use Purolator as their tracking is far superior and it usually comes earlier.

Waiting for a parcel coming from California to Edmonton, it has been 2 weeks, updates are you will get the parcel today before 8. Then parcel has been delayed

Seems like a lot of people's parcels are being delayed or not delivered. Currently going through that myself and now the parcel is with a "third party" in which customer service doesn't know the name of. More than likely won't be getting it.

I have been waiting 2 weeks past my delivery date to receive my package. It has been sitting at the airport location and seems to be overlooked every day, even though I call FedEx for an update every morning. Absolutely horrible service.

Terrible experience every single time. I live north of Edmonton, it is an hour drive each way for me to pick up at this location. In the past, I have been home only to find a missed delivery slip on the door - no attempt to even knock or ring the doorbell. This latest one I knew I would only be home Friday, so I used the online manage delivery to request delivery on Friday. Instead they still attempted Wednesday and Thursday, and NOT on Friday! All this would be manageable if they would just set up or contract out a pickup location in St Albert or north Edmonton, like every other courier does. FedEx allows you to drop off at Staples in St Albert, why can’t this be a pickup location?

Horrible service. My order arrived in Edmonton on April 11. delivery was announced for April 11, then 12, then 13. Tracking showed item in truck for delivery. Then delivery was pushed to April 18, then delivery via FedEx was cancelled, got a phone call, that FedEx will give it to Canada Post for delivery. So you pay extended fees for fast delivery with FedEx, they take the money and then send it with snail mail Canada Post. That’s close to fraud.

Pricey and their 6 day 1 night priority to Whitehorse is ridiculous!!! Better off going to Air North for Northern deliveries. I had already paid and thought the price (which included a $50 fuel surcharge) was pricey for a 6 day "Overnight" priority. The person I was delivering to recommended Air North. So I called them and asked. Overnight meant Overnight and only $50 for an 8Lbs box. I walked back into the FedEx office and politely apologized but I need a refund and my package back. It's quicker and cheaper to ship this with Air North. He wasn't even phased by my comment. But apparently they're on a new "system" (it's amazing how many companies are always on a "new system these days!) and couldn't refund my credit card there, rather someone from FedEx office will "contact" me. I'll be waiting for that elusive phone call. Anyways, drove up the street to Air North Cargo out of the EFC building and shipped of my parcel. It's gonna be there tomorrow by 5! Amazing a huge corporation like FedEx can't do the same!
