★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks Westjet Cargo!! Amazing job taking my beloved 12 year old kitty from Edmonton to Nova Scotia last night! She arrived safe and sound, and you guys provided excellent service from departure to arrival. It's not easy sending any animal on a flight alone like that, especially a senior one like mine. You helped ease my mind that she was in good hands, and when my mum picked her up this morning she assured me she was calm (not the usual for her) and said that your crew seemed genuinely interested in my cat's well being.
Thank you from Tazz and myself for a great experience and for keeping my kitty safe ♡

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called Westjet Cargo a week ago to confirm that they shipped HVAC fans. They said Yes. Was given an estimate and told to call 3 days before flight as they do not book in advance of 72 hours. Called today to book and they said the fan needed to be approved by the dangerous goods person as they do not ship industrial goods without a review. Wasted 6 hours of my time today and now I am off to Fed Ex. If you need to ship Teddy Bears WestJet Cargo is your choice. Otherwise I would avoid as they are risk averse to anything industrial or HVAC related.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience all around so far. They have been fast, inexpensive and reliable. Only issue I've had was a flight cancellation with no notification; however, they got it onto another flight immediately and notified the recipient directly. The arrival was 2 hours later than we originally anticipated but overall I would use them in a heartbeat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked to have my pet flown to me, it took them 4 hours of me waiting at the pickup location before they let me know they didn't even send it on its intended 1 hour flight. They rebooked for the next day so I had to get a hotel. Very slow and bad service all around.
