I came to this clinic as a first timer for botox. I was satisfied with the botox done around my eyes however the forehead inections did not work at all. I called to inquire about this a few weeks later and I was unable to get an appt (to ask a fairly quick question) for over a week and a half. I asked for the clinican to call me and she left a message- I called back- but the call was never returned. I felt as if my concerns were not heard or taken seriously- especially as they knew it was my first time getting botox. When I am paying as much as I am for a service I expect some effort in terms of customer service and ability to follow up. Will not go back.

Brenda removed my mole and did a fantastic job! I’d rather use a real nurse, like Brenda, she knows so much and is really caring.

To Brenda and her kind and wonderful staff at Envision Medical Spa I met Brenda through BNI she did her 10 minute presentation and i thought wow there is hope for me– as this is what started my journey with Brenda and her team….This letter is a very personal testimonial of my own personal changes. This is a little hard to read but I need everyone to know how its been worth it! I sat in tears while I talked with Brenda explaining how my body has changed so much but not for the good in my case – I had became extremely depressed – my husband was worried as I cried constantly because I was tired in a way that was getting very debilitating in my life – My body seemed to be screaming at me everyday I had aches in my knees that did not allow me to play soccer this year let alone really enjoy life when everything in my body hurt, I was snoring badly , I had developed fairly severe allergies that were also causing more depression, sleeplessness and medications that I just did not want. So I decided to have our one- one and really talk … this is where she got me – she really really wants you to be successful in your life and reach your goals her goal is health!! Brenda wants to see us smile again and not for one minute did she add power to the already poor vision I had of myself but helped me to see that this was not my fault – our bodies change – its about how we retrain our bodies is the story that I needed to relearn – I also needed to take this time for self care and self love – if I am to be honest here I had gone to a very dark place in my mind and knew I needed help– So through the journey of weight loss with Brenda – I started to sleep again, the aches and pains are diminished and almost no more – I don’t snore anymore – my allergies are no longer debilitating as a matter of fact I have not taken any meds for them since this whole process started. This was not about how my clothes fit or how I looked in the mirror – this was about how unhealthy I felt – at 50 my body was acting like I was 58 now its acting like I am 44. I have young children and want to be the best I can be. A Better healthy me – I would like to say Everyone will notice but no one will know is a true story! I walked in there out of pure curiosity and left with an AMAZING feeling! I was greeted with great customer service provided by a lady named Judy, and she took the time to educate me on all of the amazing things that they offer. Everyone should take a look at this clinic! The owner's name is Brenda and she can show you how she practices what she preaches in terms of the services. More specifically coolsculpting. If you want a safe place to look your best, feel your best, and educate yourself on how to make that happen...drop in or call them! Amazing service you guys, thank you!

First off Brenda is lovely. Having said that. My experience has been unsatisfactory. My first consult, was quoted $1500 00. To my surprise; it was $3000.00. Brenda apologized and said we didnt communicate properly and "she got carried away" looked good for a week, them my left eye flopped. I went back 3 other times NOT getting it fix. Unhappy. Gone elsewhere.

Brenda is absolutly amazing!!! She made me feel so comfortable, she understood exactly what I wanted, and she was so personable!! I cannot say enough great things about her, and all the staff I dealt with!! Highly reccomend!
