The very friendly and very professional owners are always there, and always ready to help figure out just the right solution for what I need (including when I don't know exactly what I am looking for), whether in printing or shipping. So grateful they are so close by!

My daughter went to take visa photos. The employee checked database for the requirements and she spent $30 forthe set of 2 hard copies and 1soft copy. After, she double checked the requirements to make sure the photos are complied but unfortunately not completely. So she went back ask to redo the photos. And she asked if she can only pay the cost of the 2 hard copies for the 2nd set. But the employee still charged her again for full price. So she end up paying $60 for 2 sets, only one set is complied with the requirements. This is not acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tl;dr = The best place to take passport photos for people with anxiety. Great customer service. $15+tax for 2 photos.
We needed passport photos for our 6-month-old baby. It is always a stressful experience (we have been to other places for our older child in the past) so I was bracing myself. We did LOTS of takes - John and Josephine were so patient and understanding, and never once made us feel like we were a nuisance. They let us look at all the photos after each take, and respected our thoughts and concerns. They also do passport photos for other countries (different requirements). At one point I had to nurse the baby and they let me use one of their office chairs ?
Great customer service. Would definitely use this UPS store again.

I would highly recommend this store for UPS courier, printing services and getting other supplies. Thank you John. You made my day

John went above and beyond in contacting my father twice when the parcel we sent for his birthday was delayed...through no fault of staff at this location. When I went in to make an inquiry, John to my surprise had already been tracking and updating the status of the parcel. In the end, my 91 year old father got his B DAY present in the great white north...Tks again John for all the dedication to service
