I had consulted with them to help me move me this Spring; however, with the start of the new COVID restrictions, I thought it was best to have a friend move me. In spite of the lost business, Sam remained professional, courteous, and very understanding of the circumstances.

The owner visited my home, walked through all the stuff that needed to be moved and provided an estimate of three hours plus one hour for travel time. He suggested to use three movers which would increase the hourly cost but I was happy with it. On the day of he showed up with one mover and two kids, making the move extremely slow and they also damaged our new hardwood floor and wallla. The actual mive was completed in 7 hours instead. Save your money, time and property. Stay away from them.

They packed and wrapped all my stuff and took really good care of everything they even brought dollies and surround wrap and tools. There was no hidden charges like other companies do & awesome ppl.

My parents both suffer from dementia so the moving experience might have been stressful, except that it wasn't, thanks to Sam! He offered me a very fair price when most big moving companies were not entering seniors' residences. He even lowered the price for me when he found he could combine my parents' move with another customer's move between Ottawa & Toronto. Sam and his two helpers were punctual, fast, courteous and careful. I would definitely use them again!
