Some people may not appreciate adhering to their appointment time but being late would cause other patients to be late and ruin the doctors schedule. The staff is very pleasant to deal with and I’ve received amazing care. Having a family doctor is a great privilege and I’m very happy for the team I have caring for me.

She was very empathetic and even took the time to follow up to see how my son was doing even though she is not our family doctor. This was very much appreciated. Thank you Dr. Wei :)

This happens every day, not occasionally. The pharmacy also has problems with faxes, I have been out of my stroke medication for ten or more days because the doctor hasn’t approved refills. When it begins to endanger my life, I feel something should be done immediately!!! Yours Sincerely

She listens, is empathetic, remembers things about your life and makes you feel like everything is going to be ok. Today, while I was just booking appointments, Mary was just what I needed today for a reset. I am all hooked up to the portal, everything was explained, she provided options, appointments made, called me back and was genuinely kind! It matters!! I go to the dentist on the clinic right beside this medical centre and I was referred to this clinic by my dentist. So I stoped by to ask for any info and she didn’t even let me speak, she right away say “we are not taking any patients” and then turned her back to me and left. What a disgusting place, even if you are taking patients I would never accept to go to this place.!!! If you treat your patients like you treat the rest of the people then your reviews make sense! Go somewhere else

Called yesterday and left a message on their online platform too. Called the pharmacy again today and nothing is there. Just being passed around like a soccer ball between the pharmacy and the forever long phone waiting line of this office just to talk to the the receptionist who are like they just wanna quickly get rid of you somehow :/ Patients can patiently wait/suffer/die for medications :/

They answer the phone every time, they book appointments quickly, and when they say they will call back or follow up, they do within 24 hours. It's definitely always a great service
