★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They delivered my package weeks late after losing it, then had the audacity to charge me a 20 dollar brokerage fee, then sent it to a debt collection agency. Can't believe the have the guts to do something like that. Will never use UPS for anything. Terrible company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once again I highly rate this UPS depot! My 5th time sending a non commercial pkg to the Uk since Oct. 2021 and again I rate them highly! Sorry to hear of negative posts as that is not what I have experienced. I have seen customers picking up or dropping of parcels, parents getting a baby passport and also someone printing a huge manuscript on their printer! There has never been a negative person in the shop that I have seen, just nice professional people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They decided that it was enough to just leave our $2000+ package at “our” door without requiring a signature (even though we paid for this service). The package was then lost and they claimed to have dropped it off at the correct location. This could have been resolved if the company took pictures of their drop off location to see if the location was incorrect or if the package was indeed stolen.
Use intelcom if possible and avoid this archaic company.
