★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you need to go to ANY printing company in the area, go to Jiffy Print! Even if there are other options closer to you, take the extra 5-10 minute drive and go here instead - I promise you won't regret it. Mark was absolutely incredible with helping me out with an urgent last-minute (and I mean last-minute!) request for a single notecard to be delivered so a gift for a client could be delivered on time. And Meredith even offered to drive it to its destination herself! These folks are incredible and saved me from a very uncomfortable conversation with a client (potentially loosing the business). I can't say enough good things about them. Thank you SO MUCH Mark and Meredith. I hope to do business with you again. 1000/10 customer service!

After some on line research I decided to visit the store to get more information re cost & ability to match the brightness I can print at home. When I went back with my photo file we talked more & the young lady was very good at writing down every concern I had on the order & they were taken care of when it came time to print my photo. Photography is a hobby for me but a very important one & I've been at it for a long time and they fully met my requirements and at a very fair price compared to prices I found on the internet. My wife loves her present. Now she just needs to replace that red throw cover that matched the old store bought canvas that was hanging there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a photo to be blown up 12x12. The file I sent was not in a square format but the staff at Jiffy printed the photo and then waited to see where I wanted the cuts. Definately above and beyond what I was expecting. Also the turnaround time was so quick!! Such a great experience! I would definitely recommend the services here!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a small job, but the website could not take the order due to its poor coding, asked me to submit "a ticket" after payment was submitted. I called to try and submit the order and they said to send an email and it's been two days with no response. Overall the pricing is high and I expected more customer service but I have a feeling they only consider large clients important. Got my prints done at Walmart in less than an hour and top client service. I hate saying that but they were clear and kind, got it done in less than 1hr, and even on the spot fixed a print issue. I wanted to support local, I wanted to do business with jiffy but I was not important I guess. Fairly rude on the phone as well, I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a couple prints from Jiffy Photo and Print. There were defects on the prints but after mentioning it they had them reprinted the next day. The reprinted photos are perfect. Overall I'm happy with the team there. Mark is great to deal with, and I'll return for my photo printing needs.
