F	Foodlover 78 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to grab a prescription that was ready for pickup, there was a man ahead of me who gave his last name, she gave him his meds and sent him on his way. Then it was my turn. I gave the last name, she got the meds then she asked me my birthdate AND THEN my address while holding the bag in her hand as if its a test and wouldn’t be “relinquishing” MY medication if I answered wrong. Here’s the thing; she did NOT question the man in front of me therefore why are you questioning me for birth control pills. Treat everyone fairly!! Oh and it took her nearly ten minutes to find his meds yet it was in with all the others the whole time. Im transferring to metro.
S	Serge Borrelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced in my 58 years of life. Just moved to Kanata and decided to use this pharmacy, as it is very close to home. Prescriptions take at least 48 hours to fill, they have a hard time finding the prescription when you arrive, and the lineups for prescription pickup are brutally long. Went down the street to the Metro pharmacy for my next prescription and the pharmacist filled the prescription in 15 minutes, while I did some shopping. Stay away, unless you value incompetent service.

Impossible to get your prescription filled in time... on several occasions (prescriptions), I called ahead of time to confirm pick up time and when I arrived to the pharmacy, the prescription wasn't ready (they would tell me it would take another 1-2 HOURS). Even when you do call ahead, it takes 1-2 days before it's ready ???? Jean-Coutu does it within 15 minutes.......... Also, almost impossible to get through the phone to order your prescription too.... I am currently on a loop on the phone trying to get through to the pharmacy, but it sends me back in the queue. Newcomers to the area, BEWARE and choose another pharmacy.
E	Emily Bould on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was just here for my covid booster shot. I also pick up my prescriptions here. I’m trans but haven’t been able to update my legal name yet. When my doctor set up my prescriptions here my account was set up as Legalname (emily) Lastname. For the past year I’ve had no issues picking up prescriptions, including using my student insurance for them. The person running the intake for covid vaccines seemed to be having issues setting something up with my account. Eventually he said “I got it, I’m not sure why that worked but it did.” When I checked the sticker on my form I noticed the (emily) was missing. I checked my account on my phone and it was gone from there too. I am shocked that a pharmacy assistant would change account info without so much as informing the patient, let alone asking for permission. I will be transferring my prescriptions to another location, as it seems I can’t trust this one not to change my info behind my back.
J	J G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the height of omicron hitting Ottawa this location setup a wonderful and safe location to get PCR tested directly in your car. The nice gentlemen in the blue lab coat provided our kits and accepted back within ten minutes. What a great experience!

After having made a series of mistakes about my Mom's prescription, I could finally receive her medications after a few months! I was very nice and calm during whole process and at the end, only told the store owner-Russell- the story. But, apparently, he is too arrogant to admit his and his staff's mistakes. When I told him the story, he only looked at me and said nothing, but, after that, he ignored me for whole the time while I was waiting there to receive a service by him. Also, my Mom's OHIP card was magically disappeared after that. The pharmacy staff made it like I'd already received it and lost it there. After a couple months, my mom's OHIP card was magically reappeared in the store without any explanations.
Y	Yasser Al-Eryani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst pharmacy I ever dealt with! They hire many kids at the counters who mess up with your very critical prescriptions. Once you go complain to the pharmacist, you surprise that she’s a big bully, arrogant and very rude (total opposite of what a health care provider should be). After giving me the wrong prescription and made me pay twice( they refused to return the wrong one), and go back to them at the middle of the night, instead of apologizing, the pharmacist told me that you can go to another pharmacy and don’t deal with us. Such a disgrace to Shoppers incorporation!!

An assistant kept her head down then answered the phone after seeing me while the other paid me no mind. The pharmacist had to help me eventually and then I was informed that it was not filled. I was given a 1 hour wait for a 30 tablet prescription. Not convenient or consistent at all, do not go here if you have a choice.
