“The lady working there is absolutely wonderful! We had a rather large parcel to ship and it needed a box, she wrapped it and made her own alterations to the box to make it fit. She definitely went above and beyond. She talked to everyone who came in as if they were her best friend. Outstanding job, thank you!”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've talked to customer service 5 times in the last 48 hours trying to get a package delivered. After my address was noted as not existing several times and me having called to confirm my address, give specific directions with landmarks UPS continued to drop the ball and give me empty promises regarding my delivery and failed to deliver. From being told I would recieve phone calls from the driver prior to an attempt only to have the driver state after 5hours after I provided my information they were unable to deliver. I can think a couple things UPS stands for at this time and none of them are the United Parcel Service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our business is outside of Winnipeg but we use this address as a box # for packages. The two staff that we deal with regularly (the older gentleman and the wonderful lady) are so great. I appreciate how kind and professional they always are. They know me by name even tho I come in less than once a month. They treat our family members with respect when we send them for pick ups. I highly recommend dealing with this location and these staff members. Strangely it feels like family. Thank you for being great.

Nicole was my contact for the entire process and I couldn’t have been happier with her service. She was very knowledgeable and her packing was phenomenal, ensuring that the package arrived safely. I was so impressed when she phoned me to ensure that it arrived on time, and that it was not damaged in any way. She couldn’t have been friendlier, and the price was very reasonable. Nicole made me feel like a valued customer and not just another person. I highly recommend this store!
