★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place. I kept some of my sporting goods in my storage unit after my wife was after me to make some extra space on our house. This was an easy choice to make after meeting the staff and getting a tour of the facility. It is really easy location to get to from my home in Charleswood, just a quick stop off the perimeter on my way to the lake.

Your staff at the front desk admitted that they tossed a couple bags from another locker into this unit, which means it is 100% staged/fraud, just to get rid of your garbage…. Shame on your company for not returning personal family photos to the families that rented your lockers, instead you tossed everything that was returned into one unit and sold it to the next buyer!
(it took me 30 minutes to contact the different customers of yours and return their photos) which all stated that they lost their lockers (which was not this unit number) a long time ago, which means whoever bought those lockers returned the photos to you and you filled this unit with those and other junk **
I Recently purchased a storage locker from this business
They staged it to sell their garbage!
Broken tv, busted into safe, nasty ripped recliner, a big empty smart tv box and the personal items from multiple units, (I’ve returned the personal photos to multiple families that have claimed this was not their unit number and they have no idea who the other personal photos belong to)
I assume the staff or owner helped themselves to anything of value and tossed the garbage into one unit to sell to the unsuspecting public
That is fraud as far as I’m concerned, and I will share my experience with other storage locker buyers, as well as the auction company that hosted the sale

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twice in the past decade, I've had a situation where I was in-between accommodations for several months, and turned to Total Storage. Their service is outstanding, access is great, facilities are top notch. The staff is always accommodating. They are also flexible, readily accommodating a recent request to allow nightly storage of a U-Haul moving truck that I was using for yet another relocation. I would recommend Total Storage to anyone.

They go above and beyond to be accommodating. Super friendly and reasonable and always have gone the extra mile to make sure I’m taken care of. 5 stars!!
