Good thing, they have "Mark" as one of their front desk staff. He is respectful, helpful and knows how to assist customers. Purolator, he's a gem for you guys. He was able to save all my disappointment with my experience with your virtual assistant, live agent & another front desk staff. So I ordered two items from a shop, one item delivered on wednesday the other one showed unable to deliver - receiver unavailable?‍♀️. I contacted purolator by the virtual assistant and requested for re-delivery the following day. Then nothing was delivered so I called and connected to a live agent, I was told it will be re-delivered the next week and that even if I got confirmation from the VA that my request is confirmed it is still with the depot on when they will have it delivered. The agent added they can tell customers whatever but still its the depot who will decide when to deliver it. Just confused whats the use of VA and agents if they can not provide reliable info?‍♀️ . I came down to pick up package and the 1st staff asked me to give my phone to him so he can check my messages and look for the code, really?! Surprised they would ask that way, its too personal that they would need to do that. Don't you have a system to look for it? Good thing Mark- the other staff step in and tried to help in a more professional way. He even guided me to the locker and how to get my package.

Very poor quality of service. I have two separate shipments, one of them was labeled as an attempt to delivery. We were home the whole day but no one door bell. The other shipment was labeled delivered on my tracking app but we didnt receive any. This company shouldnt even exist with the service they offer. Very disappointing. I need my textbook delivered directly to me, not to different address and not to direct us back to the company site.

They don’t attempt delivery. I waited all day I saw them drive past my apartment in front window. They didn’t stop to attempt delivery. Second time came the door didn’t press buzzer turnt back and got into truck. Again attempted delivery. After that I stop dealing with companies that use purolator.

really bad service.. from bls visa service my baby’s application returned and delivery driver didn’t deliver on 11 feb (day was windy) just drive through our street and put cause on parcel walkway not clear and take back parcel to purolator. no one informed us, no phone call from office or delivery driver.we received that application after 3 days, which caused delay in visa and cost us 950$ for rescheduling our travel tickets. future hoping that we don’t want to use this courier service. not recommending this service to anyone

"We'll deliver your package at least 3 days late - Guaranteed!" Should be your slogan. Regardless which online store I order stuff from, delivery is always delayed whenever Purolator handles it. Shame that you took the top spot on worst delivery times in Winnipeg, even beating T-Force which delivers packages a day late - but not more than that. The 2 stars are actually for onsite staff - who were very good on dealing with customers - as for the deliveries themselves - ZERO.

Zero support from the team at Purolator as usual, unable to advise when a package will deliver when it’s been sitting in my city for 2 days. No option to pick up either, but of course I can pay extra to ensure delivery of a item that’s already delayed 5 days!!!! Where’s the option for zero stars?

Package took 8 days to go from "shipping label created" to actually moving anywhere out of their depot, then in 3 days magically made the 30 hour trek across Canada to Winnipeg in the middle of blizzards and extreme cold. Checked tracking today and "attempted delivery unavailable" except that the apartment buzz code goes straight to a cell phone and there were no missed calls, no delivery notice left. Called the company number and took 3 tries and multiple random combinations of numbers to finally get connected to a human- who said they could reschedule it for delivery in 3 days. Not gonna wait for another "attempted" delivery so I had them switch to hold for pick up. And since I had ordered the package for a close friend going through tough times who doesn't have a working vehicle at the moment, this means I'll need to drive 4 hours round trip to go get the package to get it to him now. Absolutely garbage service. Will be contacting the company I ordered from to advise I won't be ordering from them again unless they choose a different shipping company.

Worst service ever. Supposed to get the package but they always have some reason and ended up making it as pick up. Asked to hold my package for pick up but they still sent the package with driver and now I am not even able to pick up. Driver did not deliver by saying the entry was blocked when it was all clear. Their support system is of no help and kept saying they don’t have update and left the chat when i was still on chat.I needed this package for job but due to this package i will have to postpone my training by month and no package yet as driver did not deliver and is not even available for pick up
