I hate air canada so much from my heart. Worst airline ever. Everytime i travel with air canada they lose my luggage and they don’t bother to appolgise. Having flight delay is totally normal with air canada. At least 6-7 hours delays sometimes next day flight. They don’t appologise, they don’t provide no good service. If you travel by bicycle you get to your destination faster.

I’m giving a completely fair rating here because I’ve flown with Air Canada multiple times and never had too many issues. At least things I care about. I was always upset that you had to pay for all the extra stuff but it never actually bothered me. Until yesterday..... we had an international flight that was taking us from Paris to Toronto to Ottawa and then Winnipeg! Because of a medical issue on the first flight we missed our connecting flight but they switched us to another one which was fine because we would make the last one except the second flight wasn’t ready to go and so we ran late and missed our third flight......so they switched us NOT to Winnipeg but BACK TO TORONTO! Let me add that we had asked if we could wait for a direct to Winnipeg. At this point still nobody apologized and we never gave anybody a hard time! I have to say I’m surprised my luggage kept up with us and the only helpful person was the man working the luggage claims and belt at the end of the night in Winnipeg. He was working alone and was incredibly helpful and apologized for our inconvenience when NONE of it had to do with him!

It was my first time booking an international flight through the Air Canad website. It was a terrible experience ! After you select the flights and put in passengers details, birthdays, aeroplan numbers, diet, seat selection etc and finally after the payment is selected, the website gives an error message and prompts you to call one of the customer service agents for no specific reason. The system does not store any of your details and I had to do all the details again to find the same reply. When you call customer service, they tell you that it is better to book after calling than to do it online. Cannot imagine that Air Canada, the flag bearer of Canada could have such a terrible service. Despite traveling with a minor, the online system showed us charge for selecting seats in each of the flight legs while the agent told us that it will be waived. How Air Canada can maintain such a terrible website is far beyond my comprehension !!! I am not sure whether the same applies to domestic flights, I would hope no.

My experience with Air Canada is very "Meh" it can't get lower because they got me to my destination alive and I thank the pilots for that but the service, terrible. I took plane #270 from Winnipeg to Toronto and everything seemed fine until I noticed when they started refreshment service I heard a few passengers next to me as the flight attendants for certain items they had on them and the response of attitude from the attendants was stockings how they treated passengers, their sighs of and grains continued when people asked went on and on. The worst thing was their garbage when they came to collect i almost threw up! At no point did it seem they made an effort to get rid of it but as that cart went by to throw garbage out the disgusting odor that came out made passengers cover their faces and were shocked the attendants didn't notice or properly didn't care which made sense on how they treated passengers on my flight. I also like to mention that as a member of a family with deaf people I find the lack of close caption on your monitors shocking and discouraging to even fly again when other airliners offer this, I will most likely try to avoid Air Canada all together even in 2018.

I ship my products here frequently and find lots of parking and friendly staff. The world-wide connections of Air Canada make this one of the best cargo outfits. I've never had a problem with damage to the shipments I've sent with them, so hats off there!

My quick review is based off a few months of dealings here...its painful. Some staff let you know you are burdening them in their day. They seem to be in continuous chaos. I have come in a couple times for a rush delivery, without a booking ID, and have been told to call or make a booking ID online or on the phone cause they don't have the time to help me. Today, I come prepared with a booking ID and they wind up asking me all the same questions I was asked on the phone. I'm told to carry my boxes into their loading area so that they can scale it on another scale cause the box was too heavy for them. 2 boxes. 1 is 49 pounds and the other is 5 pounds. They have a working scale in the main entrance The 2 stars is for the fact that the package always leaves on time and arrives on time. Customer service though...is left to be desired
