Receiving a quote was easy and the company was very responsive to all my questions. The truck showed up on time and the crew was very efficient and polite. Many thanks for making the monumental task of moving a little easier for my family.

We hired Riverbend for a local move. Sean was super detailed with the quote and it was completely accurate. The crew arrived early and got to work right away. It took less than 2 hours to load our stuff and have move it to our new place. The 3 man crew was careful with all of our stuff, friendly and incredibly efficient. Moving is stressful but the team at Riverbend made it a seamless and stress-free process. HIGHLY recommended!! Support local and call Riverbend for your moving need!

Riverbend movers helped me move from Manitoba to Ontario and the experience was fantastic. Nick was very helpful and responsive. Everything was packed very well with no damage at all. The movers that came were very friendly and professional. Couldn’t have asked for a better move!

Absolutely horrible experience. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Moving was supposed to be covered by rental agency. When attempting to reach them regarding the time of the move, Wayne Kitcher was very unprofessional and angry when contacted by phone. He refused to give a time of move. Because of external circumstances, a time in the afternoon was necessary. He became belligerent and argumentative. In all I just canceled him and this company and got another option at a much better price and don't regret it. I recommend not using this company ever. Or Riverbend losing any employee with this customer service mentality.

My husband and I called Riverbend two years ago when we had to do an emergency move. We had to move from one townhouse due to mold, and we needed some help moving our larger items. The guys from Riverbend came in and took care of everything! They were experienced and courteous, and were able to help us move quickly. Now my father is moving and guess who we called? We know they will take care of him as they did us!

Thank you Nick, Russell and Trevor I would like to give you and Riverbend Moving 5+++++ We were one of the "LUCKY" homes that got basement flooding April 24. Needed help to empty contents of basement into POD on the driveway. Nick was very empathetic, accommodating to our plight with needing this move done ASAP (within two days) He made it happen! . Russell and Trevor, awesome guys, work very well together, professional, courteous, very helpful. Will be calling Riverbend once our basement is done to move everything back. As well, if needed in the future will defiantly use Riverbend Moving. I have also recommended Riverbend Moving to family and friends. Enjoyed Russell's sense of humor! Thanks again ! Gary & Chris

This is the most terrible movers I have ever had to deal with. They have given me more problems than a solution. Terrible attitude from the crew. I 100% regret dealing with this deceitful company. I basically went with this option because of the review (4.1 overall at least ). I should have known that the rating is a red flag. No reasonable person at the other end of the phone to raise a complaint because they claim everyone is working from home. I am so frustrated and angry right now because no one deserve this, especially when you pay so much for a poorly rendered service. I have highlighted below some of the terrible experience I was forced to deal with A crew of three guys. One of the crews had a bad knee and practically did little work in the entire time they were in my home 1.Head of the crew spent half an hour staring at the treadmill without a clue on what to do. I had to disassemble the treadmill by myself because I knew they were going to bill me for all the time wasted. Even when I was assured over the phone when I was booking the move that there will be an additional charge for tearing, moving and coupling the unit back together in my new home. Annoyingly, I still got billed for dumping my treadmill in my garage. 2.When they got to the destination new home, they threatened not to offload the truck, if I don’t make payment. As soon as I made payment in trust, there attitude became worse, and they started to dump my stuff in the garage. Who does that?. Disrespectful crew, worked into a brand new home and stained all the floors with dirty boots. I am only posting this because I am sure there will be people out there who respect google reviews. My advice to anyone STAY AWAY FROM THESE MOVING COMPANY, they will give you more problems than a solution. I asked to speak with a manager and they have intentionally decided not to get him/her to talk to me.

I contacted Riverbend for a move i had this past weekend. They were fantastic!! They were on time, courteous, efficient, and took care to ensure my floors kept clean. They handled my furniture with care and I had no damages at all. Wish I could give you guys more stars as they are well deserved. I highly recommend them!!
