★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible experience with PODS. They got everything from my phone number to the pickup date wrong when I set it up originally. Customer service claims there’s nothing they can do to help, will be charging me hundreds of dollars more and making me wait an extra month to get my belongings. Unless you are a big corporation they don’t care, stay far away from PODS.
Also be prepared to wait for hours on the phone to reach customer service, I think four hours was my longest wait time, only to be told they can’t do anything for you. You’re better off having a big bonfire with all of your belongings than shipping with PODS, cheaper and more enjoyable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend this company for local removals and I advise to never use them for storage of your goods. Very unprofessional and if you need to go to your storage unit you have to call someone in Florida to set up an appointment here in Winnipeg to get some contract business to open your storage unit! More than once i would go and nobody would even be at the storage unit when i booked my appointment to get into my unit! Waste of money and gas! Lots of stress from dealing with this company! They made so much money off me too completely not worth all the aggravation!

So for me , Pods was a good choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We're loving using PODS for our Canadian Cancer Society Relay For Life event in Winnipeg. The PODS container makes the transportation and storage of our event supplies so much easier! We know exactly when the supplies will be picked up and delivered to the event, and can rest assured that they will be stored safely while they are are. It's one less thing that our hard working volunteers need to worry about when they're busy organizing a big event like Relay For Life!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used a 16" POD to store my garage contents while it was being renovated. Customer service is top notch. I would highly recommend to anyone needing storage while doing home renovations. I will be calling PODS again when we renovate other areas of the house.
