Cant post unless there is at least 1 Star though so here goes
I have never ever EVER had such a poor customer service experience absolutely lacking any professionalism or quality control.
Not to mention the hack repair work and on going problems from the back repair.
Local management does nothing.
Pointless position .
With that said .. Only partially positive result was from an out of province manager..
Only partial ..better than nothing I guess.
They need a staffing shake up in the worst way..
Peoples saftey means nothing to them.
Avoid this place like the plague.
I was recommended to this place by some of my customers.
They cannot believe what has gone on .. Thankfully they are switching Aswell....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the forklift training corse at our shop the other day instructor was very nice and made sure that we knew the do’s and don’t, he also showed us how to use the forklift properly and safely and made sure that we understood how to operate it. It was a very good corse easy to understand

I had a Great Teacher and Cheer Leader. He encouraged me enough that I had the confidence in myself to Get It Done Like Pro. Thanks Kyle :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with Cervus. The instructor was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. As long as you listen and take notes there's no reason you shouldn't be able to get your certificate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would like to say they are good, they speak and talk very well but with actually helping you they seem to miss, I keep hearing they are busy... who isn't busy either get more staff or be honest and say I cant get to you for a week or so, not always Empty promises and little to no communication.
Very frustrating to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent a tech out to site to find a problem. Machine was located 30 min from servus shop. Tech was on site for 20min tops and suggested what the issue might be and left. Charged me over 350 bucks for 1.5 hr round trip..what a joke
