This place needs a lesson in customer service. I've never seen such poor customer service. The only reason I shop here is because I they have the few supplies I cant find elsewhere. Place is a joke.

I called to ask if they had a product and the response was "you'd have to check online, I don't know what's in stock". My money says he was sitting at a computer while saying this to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I simply needed a roll of stretch-wrap. Due to COVID, they are serving from the dock which wasn't a problem at all due to pleasant weather. Staff were courteous and helpful. I was on my way in just a few minutes. This isn't my first time visiting or buying form them and I've never had a bad experience.
