After living at 360 Hoffman St for almost two years, we have had nothing but good experiences. The Superintendent Amy makes sure the building looks great and helps solve any issues that we have. Everyone in the building is nice and seem to get along great. It was a blast when the units are being upgraded, we could all stand in the hall to chat and laugh with one another.
We have no plans to move anytime soon. Great place, great people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our building manager has gone above and beyond for us. From get beginning, he has been prompt in answering all our questions, and provided us with great follow up when we had issues. When we first moved in, we had driven from BC and he made sure that we had the access and the proper codes to get into the building in the middle of the night. Throughout our stay at the Trax, he has been able to provide support from small issues such as electrical wiring, to large investigations into an unfortunate theft from the garage. He has made our stay at the Trax very easy, and the building is extremely convenient location to live in. Would recommend to anyone who wants a modern, brand new, well located apartment in Edmonton!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management team here had made my move absolutely seamless and extremely easy. as someone who was not super familiar with apartments and leases, I felt comfortable and confident the entire application and signing process upon moving in. Laksh is extremely easy to get a hold of should you need anything!

I’ve been living at the Trax for almost year now and I am still just as happy as I was when I moved in. Although I was a bit concerned when we changed managers, I need not have worried. Amanda, the new manager, is great! I am renewing my lease and she has made the process comfortable and easy by communicating early, competently addressing my concerns and providing timely and helpful answers to all my questions. Overall, she has been friendly, approachable, and super helpful. Thanks Amanda! 5 stars!
What I wrote in my original review still holds true. Moving into The Trax was a great decision. The building, the location and the people are wonderful. It truly feels like home and I am looking forward to another year of living here!
