β β β β β For the amount residents pay to live here, it's such a waste. I'm embarrassed to have guests over due to the amount of garbage and dog waste left outside on a daily basis, which also makes walking my own dog difficult because I'm afraid of him touching something he shouldn't. Noise from neighbours is also quite loud just due to the construction of the building. The numbers on buildings are also very difficult to spot, which has resulted is many food deliveries and parcels going to the wrong door. Don't waste your money renting here

β β β β β Think twice before renting with deveraux.
Iβve been living here since July (in a brand new unit, I was the first tenant) and have had MANY serious issues:
- air conditioner broken for 3 weeks
- heater making loud clunking/buzzing sound
- water leaking from the roof in the master bedroom
These are many other annoying issues but these are the most important. I would expect issues in an older house, but the fact that this is happening in a brand new unit is truly unacceptable.

β β β β β BEST company ever and such beautiful suites. Our view looks like we live in the country and the views are stunning. I rented from a different company before and Deveraux will always be 10/10. They are attentive. I put in two maintenance requests and within 12 hours somewhere was there to fix the problem! They have the clubhouse which is an amazing place to relax after with friends. It has a pool table TVs couches, a fitness center and so much more. The best is that they are SO dog friendly. Apartments say they are animal friendly but Deveraux really goes out of their way to show this is a very dog friendly neighborhood. I plan on living here for many years :)

β β β β β Dec 14οΌMoved in since December 1st with noticeable poor quality of construction. Been talking to the office on site for a few timesοΌalso been told everything should be fixed 2 weeks agoοΌbut still till today nobody ever show up to check or repair. Have to use cardboard to block the window otherwise we have no privicy at all after night falls unless we dont turn the lights on. Wondering how long do we have to live in the way like this.
Dec 15 Update: good thingοΌfloor in bathroom got fixed today. Was told curtain is on the way but still takes weeks to ship.
