My girlfriend went there for a filling. The dentist not only messed up the filling but he chipped her upper tooth as well. I would advise anyone not to go there unless you want to have a bad toothache afterwards.

Dr Teresa was able to rectify a defective procedure done by another dentist. For my wife she was able to treat a cavity that was causing irritation but could not be detected by her dentist even as she kept telling the dentist about it. Truly a skilled and resourceful dentist.

I had a filling done in my molar tooth by a doc in their clinic who did not test the bite of my teeth after filling and told me that i could have the filling adjusted anytime later if it was too high. I thought I could get used to the filling but I couldn't chew. Dr Teresa refused to polish the filling which was too high, instead she trimmed my other teeth and gave me massage treatment which was not relevant, I didnt have headache or anything, just a high filling. After some time, two molar teeth on the other side damaged due to the change of bite by Dr. Teresa, I couldnt chew properly on the damaged molar teeth because they were sensitive. Dr Teresa adjusted my bite again. I told her that the two damaged molar teeth need filling but she refused. There were several damaged spots on the chewing surface which were deep enough to require filling ASAP to protect the nerve inside. So I made appointment with the male Dr Ma to do the fillings for me. He was reluctant to fill the damages too, instead he wanted to do filling on a upper tooth which had slight dark discoloration which he told me it was cavity but I later found out it was not. I asked him to do filling on the damaged teeth, but he didnt want to do it and said my nerve was weak. I didnt have any problem with my nerve, there was no infection or anything, because I took extra care after the damage. I told him food trapped in the hole, he told me just brush off after i ate. But I insisted filling the damages and he did in one of the two damaged molars. Then I made anther appointment to have filling done in another damaged molar tooth. Dr ma did not repaired the damaged spot but damaged my tooth even further by drilling and filling two spots beside it. It hurt so much when he drilled and I think he chocked my nerve without freezing it before drilling. He also trimmed down one side of my innermost upper teeth to the gum level, chipped the tooth with slight dark discoloration to give me a toothache because I didn't allow him to drill and fill it. He also trimmed the side of one bottom molar to make it very sharp so i couldnt chew with either side when i got home. When I asked him to adjust the sharp spot with new appointment, he trimmed my inner lower molar tooth flat with the most inner corner even lower than my gum, and made the edges of the two molar teeth really thin and sharp. I was not able to chew food with this side and my gum often bleeded because the corner of this tooth was trimmed lower than the gum. When he was done with the bite adjustment, I was still not ok but he said it was my nerve and offered medicine for my nerve which was rather ridiculous, and he expected me to make further appointments to adjust my bite. An x ray was taken before the filing and my nerve was fine, even though he kept saying something was wrong with my nerve, when I asked him what was wrong with my nerve in front of the x ray before the filling, he couldnt say a word, because there was NO problem with my nerve, and they just wished my nerve be damaged so that they could make more money by performing root canals and placing crowns. Why do I want to kill my teeth when I can save them? When i didnt let them, they damaged my teeth anyway. Also, before that, a filling on my other tooth done by Dr Teresa ma fell off within a couple of months and I had to have the filling done again. And of course, the clinic charged me and my insurance for every appointment. I paid them to have my teeth taken care of, not to have them damaged and then repaired the damages for me. My whole family have been with this clinic for about 7 years and now I wonder if all those treatment they gave us during all these years were really necessary? I should have walked away sooner but I didnt expect they could be this bad as I have not met any other doctor so deliberately abuse a patient's trust like Dr ma. Their attitude appeared "nice" all the time, but the tools in their hands were NOT, WATCH OUT! Dr. Ma, did you feel embarrassed when every time I said thank you after each "treatment"? Horrible doctor!

Through braces, countless cavities and wisdom teeth extractions, the Teresa Clinic has always taken exceptional care of my dental health. Dr.Teresa, Dr.Mark and their staff have showed their care for my teeth whenever I walked into the clinic. The doctors are very knowledgeable and experienced in their field - prior to each of my procedures they carefully and empathetically explained the details to ensure that I had clear understanding of what medical attention was required (and why it was important to my oral health). There have been many instances where I needed emergency treatment and the clinic responded immediately - whether it meant shifting schedules or squeezing me in, I knew I could count on Dr.Teresa and Dr.Mark to help. Due to the quality service I have received throughout my tenure at the clinic, I would definitely recommend the Teresa Clinic to my family and friends.

Let me first start by saying I HATE going to the dentist. I’m not sure if it was the horrible bedside manner or lack of knowledge but my then dentist traumatized me. So much so that I would cry before every appointment thinking about the pain. After eventually removing my braces, I was on a search for a proper dentist. After a few more horrible dental experiences, I felt defeated. So my husband recommended that I go to his dentist, Dr. Mark (one he had been going to since he was a kid), and I couldn’t be more grateful. Dr. Mark checked off all of the things I was looking for in a dentist; great bedside manner, patience, and knowledge. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Mark. I am terrified of needles and drills (I’m sure as most of us are). Dr. Mark was compassionate, and addressed my anxieties, he assured me that everything would be fine. He constantly checked to ensure that I was comfortable every time. In addition, the dental hygienist Cecilia also provided an exceptional service, like Dr. Mark, she was very gentle, and reassuring, letting me know how much more time I had left in the procedure. After my appointment Agnes reached out to make sure everything felt okay and continued to keep in touch until my next appointment. If you’re looking for a five star dentist and dental team, look no further.
