★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time there very clean office, Megan the receptionist was very friendly and . Dr Hammed was very thorough and explained everything to me, Lucy was sweet and efficient made me feel comfortable. If you need a good dental office I strongly recommend Monarch on Wynford Drive!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended! Staff and Doctor are very friendly and understanding. I’m a very anxious person, especially at the dentist, but they were so compassionate and caring that I felt very comfortable! Would definitely recommend visiting if you are anxious about visiting the dentist!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first visit to a dentist in Canada and I am very satisfied with my visit. The receptionist gave a warm welcome and asked for my insurance details.
I don't have an insurance so she asked the manager for some discount and the manager granted the discount.
The wait time was appox 40 minutes as I went without appointment.
The doctor was really very polite and respectful. He was jovial too. He examined my issue and guided my with his suggestions and observations.
Overall the experience was really good. Thank you guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I quit going there because Dr.Hamid did a bad filling for me that caused me lots of pain and discomfort. The filling was cracked less than 3 months and when I switched the dentist and she fixed it for me in another clinic. I have had no pain for the past year. I am totally surprised by number of good reviews for this clinic but should be other doctors. On top of that the front desk has no knowledge of insurance policy . they just kept charging me for things I was not cover for without informing me whether I wanted to use that service. for example fluoride. Would you not ask the patient whether they want that service before doing it and charging them extra money each single time? This happened multiple times and I was tired of it. I would have not come to this clinic if it was not me to leave mu job in downtown and forced me to leave my excellent dentist here after 14 years. Luckily I found a great dental clinic close by and I am very happy there.
