I have had the same doctor ever since I finally decided I should probably just make one my family doctor. Dr. Marinosyan has always been kind, thorough, efficient, and competent. I have seen three other doctors during my first year, using it as a walk-in clinic, either for myself or my kids, and have had the same experience with each doctor. The receptionists are always very busy, because the clinic is in high demand, but they are efficient. My appointments are usually spot on, but sometimes early, and sometimes late. This makes sense because clinics cannot be reasonably expected to always know how long each appointment will take before the doctor has a chance to assess you. Most of the negative comments I have seen here seem consistent with someone who has had to wait at a walk-in-clinic or wait on hold to book an appointment at a walk-in clinic. Yes, it sucks when that happens, but it does not reflect on the quality of the service or the clinic - it just means you came when there was a high demand, or one or two patients ahead of you happened to have an unexpected complicated issue. This happens at all clinics. Making sure their patient gets the care they need is more important than making sure the next one gets in "on time".

As a professional he did not follow certain rules or obligation as a proper doctor . He is rude, uneducated. He needs more education in his field. Please avoid visiting him. He makes my life hard and my mental health worst.
L	Lisa D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Clinic is one of the greatest and the best clinics in the City of Toronto I have been visiting this clinic with my family for the last 14 years and they have the best doctors in this clinic specially I am used to taking my kids here my oldest now is 11 year old and she has been coming here since she was born and the best paediatrician that I have ever dealt with is Dr. Virgil Huang he is very professional and very knowledgable every single time he has seen my kids the medication that he has prescribed fix them within a day. once you book the appointment and you show up for your appointment time they see you right away there’s no waiting because they expecting you to show up on time and the doctor is expecting yo the greatest clinic ever once again when it comes to professionalism I would highly highly recommend this clinic for whoever lives around in the city to visit Cassandra Clinic and the best part there is a best best best pharmacy attached right next to the clinic so you can get all your medication as soon as your prescribed it is called Cassandra pharmacy

The doctors have no idea about the most basic symptoms instead they always ask for swabs and urine tests before prescribing medication. I came here on Wednesday with burning, itching, unable to urinate, and with white pasty discharge I know I have a UTI and yeast infection. 2 days later on Friday still no results, Saturday Sunday they’re closed. I’m being tortured and my UTI may advance to bladder infection because these armature doctors can’t and don’t know what to prescribe. Never ever will I come back here

You call them and they put you on hold for 5 minutes and then hardly give an appointment on PHONE for after 3 weeks, even if you explain them that you are having a serious problem and need to see the doctor. Doctors will never see you. I had to search for a doctor in order to discuss my sons health problems and my family doctor did not even had capacity for an appointment. Very bad doctors.
