★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a cleaning today at the Dawson Dental at Victoria Park Avenue. My hygienist is Bernice and she is amazing. Such a personable and professional person. I'm always pleased with the services offered. Especially during this time of covid. The premises are very clean and a safe environment is maintained. I've continued to come in for my treatments since last year and am very happy. At the front desk Aimee-Lee was also a pleasure to deal with. Overall a pleasant and positive experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a patient of Dawson Dental for over five years now and I won't leave! The reception staff, as soon as you enter, are so welcoming and positive. They are so helpful when scheduling appointments and contacting my insurance company, if needed, so that my visits are quick and painless. Bernice, my hygienist, has a feather light touch and leaves my teeth feeling SO CLEAN. Prior to joining Dawson dental, my husband hated going to get his teeth cleaned; now, he goes willingly without any reminder!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't really ever write reviews, but i have to say, Dr. Ben and Dr. Lee are outstanding. I hate the dentist and am super nervous going, but they made me feel at ease. I had an emergency tooth removal and Dr. Ben went above and beyond when the freezing wasn't working. He could have told me to just come back another day when the infection is gone, but he kept trying and eventually we got the tooth out. I can't thank him enough. Also the entire staff are super friendly and helpful. I went there on my birthday and they all wished me a happy birthday multiple times, and felt bad i was there lol. Thanks again. definitely highly recommend

I was looking for a consult for teeth in a day. I always hear about Dawson on the radio. I walked in to see if they can accommodate me since I was passing the area and I usually work crazy hours. Although the dentist is not in at that time, Clare is very accommodating. She take some time to show me in the brochure and in the models about all on 4 . She knows her stuff, answers all my questions . She also scheduled me a zoom consults with the Doctor which is very convenient in my case

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at Dawson Dental has been HORRIBLE to say the least. First of all, they lie about the pricing, so the dentist tells you a price one day and on the next day they're charging your insurance $1500 more than what you had discussed. Secondly, the customer service is mediocre and they have cancelled my appointments more than 5 times last minute, since they only have 1 orthodontist in this location, you have to put up with the fact that they only decide to go one Monday in the month making it IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment and also they have no professionalism and cancel on you. Lastly, throughout my treatment I've had 3 different orthodontists quit their job at Dawson and then have to start with a new one that has no idea what they're doing. When you try to call and look for a solution, they never do anything or help . Their manager is never around, and if she is then she will be rude and make you feel like you're complaining over nothing. Overall I DO NOT recommend Dawson Dental as they have terrible customer services, and change their prices to scam you. I wanted to give zero stars but that was not an option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing. From the front desk to Anna and Dr. Starkman, my visit today was amazing. This is a super friendly and professional dental office. I needed an appointment this week and they fit me in. The work I had done was complicated but they made it a good experience. I recommend Dawson Dental and if you haven't noticed, they're available 7 days a week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great office and very accommodating. The team was very friendly as I don’t like going to the dentist and have very little time to make appointments around my schedule. I really appreciate Dr Wang helping me. Clare was amazing with all my appointments. Nit sure why the other bad reviews but my experience was excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The dentist and dental hygienist were thorough, explaining everything they were doing. It was a friendly and clean atmosphere. They took me in on short notice due to a concern I was having, even though I was not a prior client. I will definitely return and will be transferring my kids into their care as well. ❤️
