★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place, Shangai Won ton soup and the Vermicelli soup are awesome. I also tried the hand made dumplings and it was exquisite!! Spring rolls are fresh made and the lady and husband that greet will make you feel right at home! A must to try !!!

The host kept asking if I like her steam bum, but I found out immediately she bought frozen ready made from Chinese grocery and now she is selling for $9 for 9. What a rip off and this is more expensive than Chinatown NYC and quality is a lot worse. Also the noodle quality feels like instance noodle, definitely not hand made. I rarely comment bad food at restaurants, but this one has cheating which I have to report. The wanton soup was also not authentic taste. The environment is like take out order with simple decoration. I cannot believe the rating at 4.9, must be their relative helping out. I always pay 15% tips for good service, but I decided to pay zero as a message passing to the owner. You cannot treat your customers as idiots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sooooooo delicious, and authentic Shanghainese foooood! I’ve been to Shanghainese places in New York, but this place is always the best Shanghainese restaurant on my list. The owner has high standards for her choice of ingredients and condiment, very pleased each time we come here. Make sure you call them in advance to pre-order food, so they can tell you the availability and have more time to prepare. As we all know, good food comes with patience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The portion is amazing, owners are so incredibly kind, shrimp are cooked perfectly (not overcooked like other places!!). They also have a great selection of to-go sauces which many places don’t have. (I already ate 1/4 of my food in the picture)
