Our Evolution
Targeted Strategies Limited was founded 25 years ago by Garnet Morris.
With his creativity, entrepreneurial spirit and a focus on possibilities, Garnet developed insurance solutions that helped clients effectively plan for the financial challenges of estate planning. His goals remained the same as his clients’: Ensuring their businesses and families remain strong, for future generations.
Garnet recognized that entrepreneurs, like himself, can have bright ideas and achieve great success, but they need help to build a sustainable organization that can support clients for multiple generations. In 2016, Garnet hired an Advisory Board which appointed Susan Kichuk, Ph.D., to be the CEO of The Targeted Strategies Group. Susan brings almost 30 years of expertise in developing business strategy and building high-performing teams and organizations that achieve exceptional results.
In the last five years, TTSG has grown rapidly, from 17 to over 125 professionals with unique backgrounds and diverse experience, in five offices across Canada. This includes an impressive network of Principals and Senior Advisors who are essential to the services TTSG provides.
Today TTSG is proud to protect, preserve and optimize the health and wealth of its clients across generations.
