About Legacy Homes Ltd
Clark grew up helping his father, Grant, on the project construction sites by cleaning, organizing and performing other general maintenance duties. When only very young, Clark developed a love for home building, and his extensive resume in the industry began to be established.
Clark’s experience in the construction industry is vast. His 26 years of accumulated experience include time spent as a driver deliverer and a shop hand working on the production line making moldings at Hy-Grade Millworks. Additionally, Clark worked at Braid Flooring in the shipping department, as well as CWD Windows and Doors in shipping and receiving. Times spent in these industries gave Clark a keen understanding for quality control and scheduling; yet, Clark’s broad range of life experience goes beyond the construction industry, having obtained a degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Lethbridge.
Upon graduation from the University of Lethbridge, Clark resumed his work with construction and design and sought experience in as many different industries as he could. Clark worked with Brick City Mason and became adept at stone masonry. He spent considerable time with Kelly a journeyman framing specialist. This experience gifted Clark with an in-depth understanding of the procedures and the individual skills necessary for framing, stone masonry and custom foundation projects. These invaluable skills have paid considerable dividends when Clark re-joined Legacy Homes.
Clark Robertson is the Project Manager, and the after-sales customer service and satisfaction guarantor. Clark is responsible for the entire on-site managerial aspects of Legacy Homes. He has almost two decades of project management experience and is a tireless worker with a passionate commitment to satisfying all Legacy’s customers’ needs. When you invest in Legacy, we will invest in you and Clark Robertson will be with you and will do what it takes to guarantee your comfort, your satisfaction and your feelings of security for as long as you own your home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Legacy Homes Ltd. do some major renovations ($$$$) to the exterior of our home as well as add an additional 2 car garage in 2013. The coordination of trades, quality of workmanship, communications, etc. were superb in all respects. The project was completed on time and on budget.
More recently, on June 1, 2020, we had a considerable amount of damage to the roof of our home when we experienced 95-100 KM winds. I called Grant at Legacy homes early that morning and he was here within minutes. He made arrangements with sub-trades, the insurance company, etc. and completed all remedial repairs by June 4, 2020.
The reliable, high quality service that Legacy Homes Ltd offer is as good as it gets; we strongly recommend you contact them for any of your renovations and/or construction requirements.

We were fortunate in 2002 to have Grant referred by a friend to build our growing families first new home. At that time the experience was personal, efficient well managed and used sub-trades that were every bit as dedicated to a quality job as Legacy was.
Just about 20 years later, when my wife asked if I would ever build another home from scratch I was happy to... as long as we worked with Grant (and as it turned out, Lee, Clark and Ford.) again. This time we were building on an acreage and had different priorities. From start to finish Grant was there and provided insight on lot choice, positioning the home and giving exceptional advice on so many of the things that don' t always occur to you when you're going through the dozens of decisions to need to make to ensure a smooth process and an exceptional result. Communication was exceptional and again the trades were every bit as conscientious as before. We couldnt be more pleased with our beautiful new home and look forward to many pleasant years here.
