★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not live in this drug dealing, mice infested, bed bug and Cockroach riddled Apartments. Tons of Riff Raff in the building and landlord does nothing about it

They allow shady people to live there and people somehow always get in the building to peddle or sleep in the hallways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The services are very, very bad and the person in charge of the building is very lazy and there is no care in the building such as cleanliness and unpleasant odors from smoking and hashish from the tenants and the presence of many beggars and homeless people and at the same time sabotaging the building by cracking and painting on the walls and trespassing on the tenants' cars and you always see them sleeping on the stairs while they drink alcohol and urinate Inside the building

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cathy and Fadil are good employees at Ayre & Oxford. Despite the confusion created by the previous property manager, they dealt with everything quickly and professionally. I definitely recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived in Spanish monarch for nearly 3 years. It’s a nice place to live with family. Building manager Fadil is a very nice and friendly guy. He is quick to respond to any issue with the apartment. I will highly recommend Spanish monarch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just avoid it! building is dirty, noisy (in summer) and very cold (in winter). The building has mice and they inter apartments through holes of the old heating system in walls.
They also changed me for $85 for steam cleaning whereas they had neither mentioned in the contract nor told me orally!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend lived here and got bear maced by homeless person. Run down building, garbage in hallways, smells like cigarettes and wet stinky socks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the worst experience ever. The building was so dirty, you could find homeless persons and their stuff in the stairs. It was cold at winter and more importantly, it has mice. We saw mice in our living room and could hear their sound everyday and night. The manager was so irresponsible and although it was illegal and not mentioned in the contract, he charged us for carpet cleaning. I strongly recommend you not to come to this building.
