★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been living in the building for almost 2 years. The manager is always there for you. The apt. are pretty cheap considering they are on whyte and the utilities are included, as well as the parking! During the wintertime it is pretty quite, summertime is a bit different but still manageble. The position is amazing, close to several bus stops and close to cinemas, restaurants, shoppers etc. Also, the apt in which I live does not have Carpets so it is very easy to clean. The only downside: pets like dogs etc are not allowed... I understand though.
