★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were some phone plan activation issues that had to be sorted out in person, so I went to The Source in the Totem Mall. Bryson Snel handled it all superbly, getting all the information needed, so that I left with a working phone within 10 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Source to get a phone for myself. Milli was so great. She got us a great deal, what we were looking for. She had knowledge about every product we inquired about. Store was clean and super organized. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Electronics from wall to wall! I remember the food old days when it used to be radio shack and you could buy all kinds of Electronic parts and doohickeys! Built several high school science fair projects with supplies from this place back in the day. Zapped myself a few times too! Luckily all low voltage which only caused early onset balding. Please bring back these goods!

I received absolutely superb customer service from Mili, Akbar, and especially Connie. She answered all my questions with a smile and ran the extra mile to make my experience in their store perhaps one of the best I've ever had at a technology outlet. I look forward to more dealings with this exceptional team!
