★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in there thinking I needed a new charging port. The young guy working took my phone and ended just cleaning and saving me a ton of money. Didn’t catch his name but good to know there’s still some honest people out there. I would totally recommend this place !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually LOVE using micro consulting as it has been my go to for a long time now, but today’s service was SOOOO disappointing.. brought my phone in to get fixed this morning, as my screen was being very glitchy due to a crack, so they said it would be about 45 mins because they had other phones to fix as well, no big deal! Before I went in, I had made a phone call, and my sensor to turn the screen off while I’m in a phone call was working fine. So I Come to get my phone, paid 185$ and left happy! Then as I was making a phone call around 4 ish, I noticed my sensor wasn’t working anymore, so brought it back into micro consulting, they “fixed” the issue and I went on my way. Shortly after I left, I tried to make a phone call and my phone kept shutting off and turning on and shutting off, you get the drift... couldn’t get onto my phone without it restarting itself.. so I bring it back in just before 5, and they had my phone for about 45 mins, then the man comes out and says my phone is ready BUT the sensor is broken and there isn’t anything he can do...... WTH MICRO!? You broke my phone somehow and expect me to walk out!? The least you could have done is refund me my money as my phone was FINE before I brought it to you guys! Thanks so much. Really makes your customers feel important. So disappointed, will never come here again, I don’t recommend going here.... 1 star. ??♀️

Mailed it out...we live quite remote,
Within 6 days and a phone call, my iPad is back, fixed as new and billed exactly as I had been told. Absolutely excellent service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys charge an arm and a leg for repair work. I found out too late that i can buy OLED screens for an S10 plus online for $280. They charged me $700. They installed it fast and did a good job but Jesus they overcharge. Shysters. Hit me up if you need a screen installed. I'll do it for a fraction of the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service, they replaced the broken screen on my phone for less than what it would have cost me to send it in to Koodo. A few months later the new screen started doing some funny things and they agreed to replace it again under warranty without any hassle. Would recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broke both the camera glass and the front screen of my Samsung Note Ultra20. The gents there were open about the cost of repairing my model, part shortages and gave me options of what I could do. Decided to get it repaired anyway, and they did a really good job. Phone's back to 100%. Highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad repair on an iPhone 8. Missing screws, very low quality screen, high capacity but low endurace battery (2200 mAh to start, then lost 100 in about a month) And they never replaced the waterproof seal when they took it apart. The only perks are that its a fairly fast repair (taking around an hour) and you don't have to do it yourself.
