She was walking through with me all the hard time I was having. Highly highly recommend to find Linette whoever wants an amazing service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the most amazing experience at the source in Banff today! When I tell you these men are extremely polite, inviting, funny, productive and all round great at what they do its amazing! By far the greatest experience I've ever had purchasing a phone. The biggest shout out to the best Rob, thank you so much for your guidance, knowledge and help today :) and to the other gentlemen; Noah, Ivan, Curtis, and Thomas thank you for keeping me entertained and laughing whilst we got things sorted! Would 10/10 recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in just to buy a very small item, ended up coming back and change mobile provider to Bell for the entire family.
Getting the amazing service to help me out for finding the right item for my needs, although it was just a portable battery, Rob was amazingly helpful and kind, he sure earned my trust to do the magic. When he was sharing about the promotions running, all the benefits I would receive by switching the mobile providers, he made me believe he truly cares, and he is only trying to do the best thing for us.
His manager, Curtis and his colleagues were also very friendly and supportive.
Nice to have your store in this small community. We do not need to travel all the way to the city and get what we need… with amazing service.

Very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful!
I ordered a game (to be transferred to a Calgary store for pick up) & they had the game on the courier the SAME DAY!
I really can't say enough about how great Ivan etc are ?
You do not come across this level of customer service every day.
A lot of other places (people) could learn a thing or two about the right way to be from Ivan etc.
