After a horrible experience of ordering a phone upgrade via phone, with all sorts of promises that were never delivered, I decided to head into a rogers store today and I'm so so glad I did!
Joseph took such good care of me! He made sure I got everything I was promised and I walked away extremely happy in the end!
Honestly, hands down the best customer service I have had ANYWHERE in a very long time :)
