Nice store with a selection of things you don’t see many places. Prices vary some fair some WILD ! Staff are all extremely nice people !!! There policy of no returns or exchanges is a bit much as I bought something and in 1 hour called back to ask if I could exchange didn’t match my house. However they do explain that there is zero tolerance for returns !!!

Amazing place to find pre-loved items. I've purchased a beautiful custom media console, a pendent light, wine crates for storage (and more)... all at great prices and in good condition! Highly recommend!

The china & furniture is laid out in an appealing manner. It is well organized, tidy and attractive. They post pictures of new merchandise daily & you can find specs online to help you picture items in your home. The owner & staff clearly love what they do and know their stuff! A good friend has furnished a lot of her apartment from here. Can't beat one of a kind pieces! There are even a few designer bags & some vintage jewellery.

I made multiple attempts to get in touch with them after consigning designer chairs that I paid over $7k for but had challenges getting a hold of them. I finally spoke to them in March of this year to find out I didn’t hear from them due to a typo they made in my email. We’re all human and make mistakes. I totally understand typos happen. What’s surprising to learn is that they won’t reissue a cheque once it’s issued and they refuse to paid me anything for my chairs that they sold for thousands of dollars.

This place does not accept you if you're claustrophobic, I can only wear a face shield, they are not very well coming to that, they insist on you having a face mask even though you've told them you're claustrophobic. That did not feel as pleasant as the last time I was there, so for now I will be avoiding that place. As far as I'm concerned that is a form of discrimination and it was not handled very politely I could literally feel the negative energy emanating from that woman.? That's too bad I normally recommend that place to all my friends I will not be doing that anymore. Always finding beautiful items.

Tammy the Singing Lady, and her Emporium, are highly addictive if you love treasures, finds, and the friendliest welcoming staff. They now occupy a regular time slot in my calendar between clients on a Thursday. I’ve learned the hard way to rush in to see the bigger items, or call and buy over the phone for smaller gems. Some of my most cherished furnishings are from The Singing Lady Emporium! And yes, Tammy has a good voice too! Highest recommendation!!

In September 2018, I called his store and they told me to come and speak with them personally. I went to store 4 times to explain them. I brought 5 my artworks original watercolours and re-sign a contract for them to sell. It took us about 2 hours to settle down in the store. In the meantime they never explained to me the 6 months expired contract if they couldn’t sell during that time. 2)they told me Once approved - you would be leaving the pieces with us with the intent to move ahead with consigning them. 6)I lost a tremendous amount of money. I couldn't believe my eyes. They reduce the prices when they sold the paintings without asking me and giving me a notice. At this time, my other 1 Artwork was not added to Re-consignment. Suddenly it was disappear by the singing Lady. It was a big loss for me. Meantime I called the store many times, and I asked them to speak with the store manager or Tammie, the owner and discuss my consignment pieces. I didn't want to sell them lower than what they were selling, and I wanted to pick them up, but they always told me she was busy and she had to call me back, and she never called me back. Instead of that, they made a note they called my number and a woman picked up saying she had no idea who I was. There was no woman working with me at that time. The singing lady played this game not to communicate with me until March 2019. Then I got this email: Everything was given to them; it's become store property and never mentioned that The consignment term is 180 days, and consignors are responsible for tracking their items over their term with us. This is the first time I heard this word about the contract. the contract was given to me. They sold 2 pieces and gave me a cheque for $550, which is less than the price of 1 painting. The last price was $1623.70 but I didn’t get this money. I got $603. 3 of them had become a store property without my permission. I am very disappointed it took me 3 years to recover from this loss. You shouldn't leave any of your consignments to the store because they will take them away from you. They will never pay you exactly the money they promise, and you will never get your merchandise back because they change their contracts agreements anytime, depending on their convenience. They have cameras everywhere, and they threatened me to call the police department to escort me from the store.
