Got winter boots here and was told I didn't have to put anything extra on them due to the material. Wore them once in the snow, and the top of the boots started falling apart and flaking. Brought them back as they shouldn't be falling apart after one wear and was told too bad, can't do anything for you. If buying here just make sure you don't expect much for quality and don't buy Christmas presents here for sure because if something isn't right then you're out of luck!

I could not go into the store because I have to isolate. Kate was so wonderful. She set up a space at the back door and a place for me to sit and try on the ones I wanted. She had them there waiting for me so there was no one else there with me. I was so grateful. Can't say enough good things about this store. Pleas please support our local businesses. This one is amazing.

The store is neat and clean, has a very good selection of shoes, and the owner goes out of her way to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. They even have a return/exchange policy for most items. Friendly helpful people, great products and superior service in a safe manner. The store is divided into an upper and lower level, so there is a small flight of stairs to negotiate. Parking on the street or at the rear. The kind of service and selection you can't find in a big box store.

I recently bought a pair of rieker runners, after a month they looked like I had them for years. Took them back and was treated badly, being told it was my fault for spraying them with something. I NEVER sprayed anything on these shoes and was basically called a liar. The owner could take a course in manners. Cheaper and easier to buy on Amazon.
