★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in footlocker Prince Albert today, we walked in and not one of the three employees even acknowledged the fact that we were there, they just continued laughing and socializing behind the counter . My son was there to spend his Christmas money on new basketball shoes. We were pretty put off by the experience, we went to sport check instead and he spent his money there where they were more than willing to help us!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. Purchased $165.00 Jordan Airs for my 12 year old son for indoor shows and they tore. Store manager or Footlocker wouldn't do anything and customer service at Footlocker hung up. Had to contact Nike. NEVER buy shoes from them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two staff, neither asking if i need help. Would you not think a place called "Footlocker" might have shoes? Nope. Like maybe 8 models of runners for women. No wonder people don't shop local. How does this place stay in business?
