No clue why anyone eats up those Buy one get one 25%-50% off sales they always have. It's not a good deal, you're saving 25% or less on those items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store manager is a self-righteous, nasty person, with an axe to grind. She refused to give her name, that's just how unprofessional she conducts herself. It was never clear if she was enforcing her own made-up policies or Urban Planet's. Disgraceful conduct. I won't be surprised when this big name chain leaves this grungy Mall...the place was vacant of any other customers. Try treating people with respect and stop discriminating against us!
