So I came back to try and order online and was told I could not and the employee was quite rude about it, no sorry about that or anything. Made me feel very unwelcome at the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there with elderly disabled mother, they would not let her use the washroom, the employee was very vocal and adamant that no one including the elderly were allowed to go in due to stock items being stored, I had to take her a few blocks away, I bought shoes there because I needed them but I'm not going back there to shop again, even if they had 10 million dollars worth of stuff in there we wouldn't steal it, my mother just wanted to use the bathroom.
My mother felt awful after that, that's no way to treat the elderly and disabled.
