★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have shopped at this cute little spot since they opened in 2018. My first experience and the reason I return over and over again , it was thier opening week I was shopping in the mall with my two children my 4 year old and 1 year old at the time, I was promptly greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything or if I was looking for something specific. The store was quite busy that day and my 4 year old who is highly autistic started to have a major meltdown and people began to leave I felt like I had to apologize for the scene and tried gathering my kids up and the owner came and talked to me took my 1 year old and tried to distract my four year old with a pen and paper a lady had came in and and my 4 year old began screeching and and she was obviously annoyed and said " ugh I can't " and started to leave the owner spoke up and said that fine were open until 6 and we are a autism friendly store ........ nobody has ever done that for my family before which made me a forever returning customer...... thier shoes are on display , they carry purses and wallets , shoe protectant and shoes cleaning products , the store is clean and the staff are knowledgeable on the product they carry . Another time I had bought a pair moccasins had they not told me I need to size down I would have ended up with moccasins that would have stretched too big .... the staff absolutely go over and beyond my expectations , super patient because I'm super indecisive and I have yet to walk away from one thier recommendations . Love love love this store and thier staff, they really do treat a person like a friend would ..... this was a easy 5 star recommendation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t live in PA, but make sure to visit this store every time I pass through. The shoes are great quality and I love the styles. I love my Manitoba Mukluks, Birkenstock’s and all of the Earth brand shoes. Next time I will be snagging a pair of Merrill’s and I’m sure something from whatever they bring in for spring/summer. The staff are always great and super helpful. Can’t wait to see what else you have in store. See you again soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barely gave this store 1 star for how I was treated the last time, I bought hikers there & very poor quality, hikers never lasted 6 months and they were falling apart. They may have good brand names but they don't have no minimum warranty on anything they sell! The manager and owner of store is always grumpy and sarcastically rude towards customers...not just myself!
