Recently I made the decision to sell my house, something I never thought I would do. Having seen signs and hearing radio endorsements for Shawn Lepp, I decided to give them a call. Best decision I ever made. Marion Penny came to see me. I explained what had prompted my sudden decision. She was very understanding. She was very upfront about what was happening in the market and that prices in our area were dropping. I knew immediately that I was going with her. With her honesty, knowledge and personality, I knew she would get the job done and she did. I had made this decision very quickly and had not given it all the thought that I would normally have. This meant asking lots of questions and, on more than one occasion, "do I really have to do that?" . She was always so patient and explained what she was suggesting and why. She assured me that I could call or text at any time for any reason. On the day of offers I was out of town. I had been very worried about this, but she assured me it would not be a problem, and it wasn't. She kept in constant touch and when the time came, we went through all the offers on a Zoom call. She knew what I was hoping for and she made it happen. In 4 weeks to the day I went from meeting her to having a signed offer I was thrilled with. It was only on the market 5 days, Not only is she an amazing agent, but she just a genuinely good person. I truly enjoyed working with her. She made my very emotional journey much easier.
