Love that I can get scrubs in Kitchener. THE PLACE to go for all things medical (scrubs, undershirts, sweaters, shoes, watches, compression socks and so many accessories) PLENTY of scrubs to choose from and they ALWAYS have a rack or two out front for sale! I have purchased at least 10 pairs of scrubs from them !! I cannot get enough.

I bought my pants there and there the best pant I ever had. Customer service exelent ,very friendly . I definitely going back very soon.

I would be giving 1/2 a star as that is my true rating. I believe in fair and honest reviews, so I will start from the beginning. I originally went on Sept 12th, I was helped by a woman with brown hair who was amazing at customer service! She was so helpful, found me exactly what I needed so quickly! She had to order in what I needed, I paid for it and she told me it would be in within a week but no later than 2 weeks. Which worked for me because I needed the pants for Sept 25th. Where this store lost all of its "greatness" with me is the lack of honesty they presented once they had my payment. Fast forward to Sept 21st, I had not heard from the store about my order so I called to check in (as it was after the week time frame I was originally told). The lady on the phone said she needed to check and would call me back. She quickly called me back and said that they would be in Thursday of that week (Sept 24th). On Thursday I called in the afternoon as I hadn't heard from them, again they needed to call me back. About 20 minutes later they called me back saying pants were not in and would be in Monday/Tuesday (Sept 28th/29th). I expressed how I did not need the item anymore because I needed the item for a specific date, and I had been assured they would be in by that time. Here is where the dishonesty comes in, the lady on the phone (Sue), admitted that the pants had come in earlier that week but they had ordered me the wrong size and were waiting for my correct size to arrive. She said I could have the wrong size, and I told her that would not work, and I asked about her refund policy. She stated that they did not do refunds, but because this was their fault for this situation occurring that she would honour a refund but that she expected that the pants would be in on Monday or Tuesday (Sept 28th / 29th) I believe in supporting small business's, and I could use the pants in the future so I decided to hold off on getting a refund until Tuesday so the pants had a chance to arrive. I called Tuesday, spoke to Sue and once again, no pants!! I couldn't go into the store till Thursday (October 1st), as this stores hours are only 10am to 4 pm, which for a lot of people, including myself, does not work with a work schedule. I went in Thursday, and I was greeted by a not friendly woman who was obviously quite displeased about my request for a refund. She outright said I could not have a refund, and when I told her I had been told I could, she rudely said 'Who told you that Sue" (I nodded), and she replied with "Well Sue should not be promising things we cannot do". She then made a phone call, and in front of me stated how that day, their only two customers had been in for a refund that Sue had promised refunds to. She then made comments about her dislike for Sue which I found very unprofessional! She then told me how my refund wasn't possible unless I had the POS receipt (never needed this before) even when they had my order and payment on their computer. She then offered that I could have something else in the store, I declined that. Here is the real kicker, she said "I have the owner on the phone, she has the paperwork in hand that your pants are at the main store". I was very clear that I would take the pants if they were 100% sure they would be there Friday, if not I wanted my money back. She assured me that the owner had them and I would have them the next day. I called Friday (Oct 2nd) to find out if the pants had made it from the main store yet, Sue LAUGHED at me asking, & stated that they didn't arrive at the store Thursday like I had been told the day before!! I went into the store Friday and I got my refund, where Sue then told me the pants were still sitting at the border & had yet to clear customs!! So the promise of the owner having the pants in her hand, outright lie and they had no clue where the pants actually were. Moral of the story, it can be a great store if you know what you need & they have it in stock. Otherwise do not bother because they'll lie, not be honest and give you a run around x 100.

It was my first time buying from the Scrub Room, but it won't be my last. The sales woman was very attentive, informative, and welcoming. She helped me with sizes and input based on my height, etc. (And since I am a noob at buying scrubs the help was very much welcome). And the best part - they aren't overbearing or pushy! A salesperson who just wants to help is so much more welcome than a salesperson who just wants the money. Trusted 100%. And thanks for the good luck at my new job!
