★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brad is our customer service representative. We have been with Unifirst for approximately 4 years and Brad has been an outstanding individual . He always handles our account changes very efficiently and quickly, he is very polite and courteous and is very pleasant to deal with. If for any reason i have to phone in to the office to makes changes the girls at the office always makes sure that change happens and there is never a need to follow up, I know its done. In the 4 years that I personally have dealt with their service I have been nothing but happy and impressed with their efforts. They do their business justice and I wish more businesses were quick, respectful, and down to earth like UniFirst.

Not only is he super efficient, he always makes time to say hi to each and everyone of us here at WillFixEm. Any changes that I need to be aware of he makes sure to communicate it with me to ensure there are no issues.
I'm not going to ask him to review our shop cause of the amount of times we've moved the uniform box lol ..... we like to keep him on his toes !
