She was excellent at giving me ideas and suggestions, and was very quick to respond to my questions. She was incredibly flexible and put up with me asking for extra arrangements and changes pretty close to the wedding date. My dad picked up the flowers the day-of and he was very impressed with the shop and the beautiful items, other than flowers, that they carried. Both my parents were impressed with the arrangements. I was too; everything looked great, but I don’t have a good enough knowledge base to really comment on flower arrangements other than to say I was impressed that my parents were so impressed with them…does that make sense? In short, I will be a repeat customer at Julia Flowers.

I came in the shop wanting a large table centrepiece for my mother for Christmas and the shop owner created an arrangement that is even more beautiful than I imagined. She asked what colours were in my home and when I told her it is quite neutral she knew that a pop of red would be exactly what we need for the holidays. The arrangement brought tears to my mothers eyes when she received it at our front door. I will without a doubt be back to Julia Flowers when I am in need of more floral arrangements! I was so surprised and happy because we needed a last minute casket spray for Saturday morning. They looked at some photos we shared and got to work Friday morning. We coordinated colours and ideas and when the arrangement was done, they sent a photo to make sure we liked it. They were very accommodating and would have been open to any feedback or changes. They were transparent about which flowers were in season and what could be included. The flowers were delivered without any issues and they were stunning. Would recommend! Thanks again.

My friend who received it said her cats completely ignored the bouquet so she actually got to leave it on display for a while! Would definitely order from here again.

I was calling from Pittsburgh, PA for a flower arrangement for a funeral and Sophia the owner spent time with me to make sure the flowers were what we wanted. The bouquet looks beautiful! Sophia was wonderful to work with and put a statue of the Virgin Mary in with the arrangement which is what we wanted!

I called with a rush request and she accepted the challenge happily and helped me with suggestions for the bouquet. Sophia even sent me a video of the result to make sure I was 100% happy. I was upset because my dads surprise was ruined. We found Julia’s Flowers and the Owner (Sophia) was a true GEM!! She saved the day by creating a BEAUTIFUL arrangement in less than 2 hours, and personally went out to get the chocolates and pleasantries to make the arrangement personable. When we entered the store, she greeted us with a warm welcome and wrapped the arrangement very nicely. Sophia has truly been a wonderful help! Thank you so much, we will definitely be coming back! ?
