Quick, easy, efficient & friendly. All the the guys looked super dapper. Once sized & suited, pickup/drop off was a breeze. Had a slight mishap with one of the groomsman shoes BUT it was quickly resolved!

Joe has helped with 3 of our 4 weddings. Always a great visit. Everything was done with just a few visits. No back and forth as with our other supplier. He is very helpful and attentive. I would recommend his store to anyone. He wants you to look good before you leave his store.

I went to Moore’s originally to get my fiancé’s suit as well as my sons for our upcoming wedding. Moore’s was less than helpful. My fiancΓ© got his suit but there were only two very generic options for my son. Both options looks like he was swimming in his suit. This is supposed to be the most formal thing you wear. They measured him and it still looked terrible. So I booked with Collins for him. What a completely opposite experience. Joe was amazing! He was so personable with my son and I. He took the time to listen to my sons stories and was very gentle and kind. My son loved him and thought he was such a cool funny guy. Our experience was so flawless. We came back and got my sons suit today and he tried it all on. I almost cried right in the store at how amazing my son looked. His suit was perfect! It fit him like a glove. Again everything was quick and easy and you could clearly tell he new what he was doing. I am more than happy with the service and product. I honestly wish we came here for my fiancé’s suit. Thanks so so much. Don’t go to Moore’s, definitely get your suits here! ???

They lost our file from our Zoom meeting and when I booked my appointment we were initially helped then they took off for us to figure things out instead of helping us out. Didn't take any measurements and people that walked in after were being helped and we weren't. Will never do business with these people and will definately inform everyone else to stay away from them aswell.

I had been using Collins since 2015 and had nothing but good experiences, until I didn't. For my brother's wedding in October, only half of the suits turned up at the Kitchener location. Worse, this wasn't discovered until we arrived for pick up. Apparently there is no morning check of inventory against the parties scheduled to pick up that day. We had to show up three additional times because we weren't being updated on the status and it took over 30 hours to resolve the issue, causing us to miss most of the wedding rehearsal. At no point did anyone in a position of authority attempt to make things right, or even so much as acknowledge us. When the suits finally arrived, we weren't processed expediently and had to wait in line behind other walk ins. Ultimately we got the suits for the wedding, and had good experiences in the past, which is why there are stars here.. but understand the onus is on you if they make a mistake.

The lady in the store was really nice and super helpful with trying on my tux and making sure it looked great. However, two of my groomsmen didn't have suspenders or their cuff links, and one of them was missing a button for his pants. Plus two of them had tuxes (the jackets especially which can't be adjusted) that were too big on them and looked sloppy. We tried to get a refund or discount when we returned the tuxes in store but they wouldn't allow it. I really did appreciate the lady (not sure her name) who helped me try on my tux as she was fantastic but I was really disappointed with my groomsmen tuxes as the price was really expensive for what we got and they wouldn't give us a discount or refund.

We haven't had our wedding yet, but our initial service with the gentleman that owns the place was absolutely phenomenal. I cannot say enough good things, he was incredibly accomodating and gave us so much advice. He really made the experience. We are so excited to see the suits on the handsome groom and groomsmen! Thank you so so much.

I had my groomsmen rent suits for my wedding. We went in the Thursday before the wedding to pickup the suits. Two of the 4 suits needed additional alterations - which was totally fine obviously. We were told they would be ready between 10-11AM the following morning for pickup. The two groomsmen showed up after that time around noon and the suits were not there. Both guys had a 30 minute trip to get there. Then they had to leave in the middle of our rehearsal dinner to meet someone outside of the restaurant to get the suits. This took them away for between 15-20 minutes. Further, the next morning one of the shirts picked up at the rehearsal dinner was found to be very dirty. The collar was very brown on the inside, there was what looked like a blood stain (not red wine) on the front, and speckled dirt on the front lower part of the shirt. Perhaps we should have done an impromptu final fitting in the parking lot of the restaurant the night before? Anyway, By this time it was far too late do anything about it as the ceremony was in two hours and it was not in town and neither were we. I spoke to someone on the back home 2 days after the wedding and let them know that I didn’t have time to come in to deal with it, as I was leaving on my honeymoon. I sent an email with timestamped photos of the dirty suit and further explanation. No one responded. I followed up by phone when I returned from my honeymoon and the best they would do was refund $100 from the rental. Pretty terrible service. We shouldn’t have to pay for a filthy suit, let alone the late delivery. I am very disappointed in the experience overall. From late delivery, to interrupting our rehearsal dinner (although, I do appreciate the delivery) to a dirty shirt - it was pretty lacklustre. I got my own suit from Paul Puncher and received excellent service at every step of the process. Granted that was a purchase, not a rental, but the service was exceptional.
