Sold us a shiny lemon. Don't buy from these guys. You're better off buying a fixer upper on your own terms, not because you were duped by these losers.

Have been trying to get in contact with some since Thursday to see a trailer. Could not get a reply or a call back. Finally get someone today to say someone was seeing the trailer today we were trying to purchase since Thursday, and they are likely purchasing it! Terrible communication and customer service.

My husband and I were looking for a new camper for our family of 5. The camper we found on there lot on line looked like something we would be interested in. Tony told us that in order to see if we were approved for financing he would need a $1000 deposit via etransfer. We sent the money and then drove out after work 1.5 hours to go see the camper. Upon arriving we were not greeted with any respect very cold feeling from both men in the office. The trailer was not what it was said to be. It was much more damage then what they explained to us. We kindly said we would pass due to the amount of damage. Tony then told us we would not be getting our refund back that deposits were non refundable. This was not mentioned to us at all in any conversation, we were only told he could not check for approval of financing with out a deposit. Arriving there we had a bad feeling immediately as we had two different cars drive by and yell there crooks. Not to mention the state the property and office were in. Very unsanitary and not well kept. I do not suggest anyone ever deal with these people. Pure crooks. They then tried to send me a bill of sale 1 hour later, when again at no point did we ever agree to purchase we were there to look at the camper cause we were INTERESTED in purchasing. To clarify there was no previous documents emailed or fax stating non refundable deposit or on there website or that we were purchasing. I replied to the email of bill of sale and said that I wanted my refund back or I was taking legal action as per advice from the police. (Yes we also called them) They did not send my refund back I waited until 7pm and I have since spoke to my lawyer and we are proceeding with legal action and will be contacting Business Bureau in the morning. My advice to anyone read these reviews first cause we are not there only victim but I will be sure to do what it takes to make sure this does not happen to another family. Please excuse there reply to this message on google with excuses and nonsense and lies, as I have read all reviews and they reply to all of them trying to state the other party was at fault. Tony & Paul do not even deserve one star that is one to many. This is a very poorly ran business, by very ignorant men who gain happiness and there income by stealing.

If I could give them a zero I would. This company knowingly sold lemons to unsuspecting clients. That's shifty, and I hate shifty.

I am very pleased with the trailer I purchased at the R.V Farm! Helpful and knowledgeable staff!

Sales person was good explained things well but delivery was poor and communication ? poor after we had paid for the rv in full. I was very disappointed in their services post payment ?. I wanted to return the rv and get my money back .

I rated this company a 1 star. Received this response. “ No reason for the review I'm pretty sure your friend told you to do so and the options was given yo them on an as is sale” So I am writing a review to say that if this is the type of defensive customer service that I can anticipate receiving there is no way in hell i would buy from or recommend buying from this company.

I purchased a Travel Trailer ?! What a rush! The folks at The RV Farm now feel like family! Upon arrival I was greeted and attended to almost immediately and shown the RV that I came to view. My questions were answered thoroughly and directly and Steve asked me many questions that I hadn’t thought of to make certain that I was choosing the best option for my needs. There were no high pressure sales and that’s most likely because they have a great selection at affordable prices including some real great steals (like the one I got) so they pretty much sell themselves. I ended up purchasing the same RV that I went to take a look at and it was everything I was hoping for and exactly as advertised with a few pleasant surprises that sealed the deal for me. I’m a 1st time owner and that’s a little intimidating in and of itself however Paul assured me that he is always there as a resource for me and so I have every confidence and I’m excited! Thank you Paul & Steve for an awesome and unforgettable experience through this right of passage.
